A new member in the Cryptoverse
Coinstar is best known for its coin-counting machines, which are commonly found in grocery stores and retail locations. These machines allow users to deposit loose change easily and receive cash or gift cards in return, making Coinstar a trusted name in coin processing and redemption services.
Building on its established brand, the company has now ventured into the digital financial realm by introducing cryptocurrency. Coinstar aims to launch a new product that provides a safe and secure digital wallet for managing cryptocurrency
Creating the right first impression
Coinstar wanted a dedicated website to showcase its new product. We were responsible for creating a website highlighting the product's features, customer benefits, and specific cryptocurrency offerings, along with an easy-to-use kiosk locator for finding nearby Coinstar kiosks.

We began by researching various financial companies to find the most effective way to present our services, highlight key benefits for customers, and clarify our offerings. During this process, we noticed a common pattern among their websites, which helped us establish a strong foundation for our own site.

Working towards a more comprehensive website
After presenting the initial wireframes to the client and receiving their feedback, we synthesized the input and identified which details needed to be incorporated into the website. After two additional rounds of wireframe reviews, we finalized the wireframes, incorporating legal requirements, more descriptive copy, relevant links, and improved iconography.

A lively and vibrant design for the new digital space
We developed an engaging website for the CINQ wallet palette to strengthen the brand's identity. The client was extremely pleased with the final design, which effectively captured the brand's essence and offered a memorable user experience featuring clear calls to action and a casual tone.

Redesigned for greater efficiency
With the redesigned the kiosk finde, user now have the option to choose their preferred visual layout. Now, users can select either a map view or a list view. Additionally, we updated the map pins to reduce clutter and adopted a consistent card design to enhance overall visual appeal.
